There are numerous choices for your dining experience.  Menu features upper scale Jamaican Fare, as well as International Cuisine.  A popular location, The Pool Bar, which includes the 114’ pool, which is built to scale in the shape of Jamaica, and has incredible views of Turtle Cove is lush with foliage.  Seating capacity to 250.  The Gallery Dining Room seats up to 90 persons, and features a rock waterfall wall created with local cave stones.  A full bar enhances the Gallery Dining Room.  The Formal Dining Room is an opulent dining experience enhanced by lush palace style decor and a dance area.  The Formal Dining Room seats 80.
